Electrical Assembly will perform a variety of complex production assembly operations and inspects finished products to ensure compliance with production standards and specifications.  Requires the ability to use blue prints, diagrams, written schedules, drawings and oral or written instructions to assemble component parts and sub-assemblies. Use a wide range of machines, hand tools and electrical assembly components to produce good quality parts and assemble items to be used on and integrated with industrial automation and robotic system applications.

Essential Functions:

  • Build j-boxes/electrical panels and op stations with minimal supervision.
  • Plan assembly procedures and methods to assure efficient and timely progress.
  • Work from complicated and detailed drawings, specifications, engineering drawings, sketches, bills of materials, production orders, and instructions.
  • Assemble ducting per floor layout with minimal supervision.
  • Proceed with minimum instruction and supervision. Completed assemblies are subject to inspection and test.

Education and/or Experience: 

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one- year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to operate specific equipment or tools.
  • Steel Toe safety boots required
  • Some travel is required; up to 25%
  • Acieta internal Lock-Out/Tag-Out training
  • All other internal training required
