FastARC FW and FW+ FERRIS WHEEL

Keep it moving with a ferris wheel positioner

For a faster and more cost-effective method of robotic welding, the FastARC FW and FW+ cells feature a ferris wheel positioner.

The positioner rotates and manipulates an assembly while it is being welded. This is especially useful for large, heavy weldments and complicated jobs that require welds in many positions.

The final assembly is presented in the same location every cycle, so the operator doesn’t need to travel back and forth. This reduces potential for operator fatigue and repetitive motion injury.
