Join Our Team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician:
Take on a hands-on role where precision and innovation meet! As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll assemble complex mechanical components using a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring every build meets the highest standards. You’ll troubleshoot challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to process enhancements that keep our operations running at peak performance. What You Get to Do:
- Build automation by assembling mechanical and electromechanical components using blueprints and schematics.
- Work hands-on with tools and precision instruments to create subassemblies and complete systems.
- Fit, align, and fine-tune parts to meet exact specifications and ensure flawless system performance.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with engineers on system setup and validation for cutting-edge automation projects.
- Keep things organized by maintaining accurate documentation and following established processes.
- Spot and report design or quality issues to drive improvements.
- Champion safety and cleanliness in your workspace every day.
- Contribute ideas to enhance assembly methods and product quality through continuous improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Willing and able to be onsite, in person 5 days per week in Tipton, IN
- Ability to travel up to 25% in USA to support installations at customer sites.
- Associate’s degree or technical degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and system navigation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Skilled at following detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
