Join Our Team as a Parts Technician:

Join our team as a Parts Technician, where you’ll take charge of processing and coordinating spare parts while driving the smooth execution of parts and service jobs. In this hands-on role, you’ll exercise independent judgment, keep workflows moving, and maintain clear, proactive communication with the Parts Department Manager. You’ll also play a key part in strengthening our operations by developing smarter methods and routines that boost the efficiency and impact of the entire department.

What You Get to Do:

  • Take ownership of spare parts orders—investigating root causes, coordinating cross-functionally, working with vendors, and scheduling shipments to ensure fast, accurate service support.
  • Prepare service personnel with the information, materials, and documentation they need before deployment, and ensure all forms, invoices, and unused parts are properly processed upon their return.
  • Prioritize customers with Acieta-built equipment that is down, ensuring they receive immediate attention and escalating issues or customer concerns to the Parts Department Manager as needed.
  • Apply established customer service processes to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
  • Share valuable insights with Engineering, Manufacturing, and leadership to help improve product design, performance, and quality—through detailed reports, memos, or conversations.
  • Use Acieta’s software tools to maintain accurate records and support the company’s digital workflow goals.
  • Support the department with additional tasks as trained and qualified.
  • Uphold company safety policies to ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A solid educational foundation—an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred—and any background in automation, parts handling, or inventory control is a great plus.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and comfort working in ERP/MRP systems to keep information organized and flowing smoothly.
  • Strong communication skills: you can read and interpret technical or financial information, write professional emails, and interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • A customer‑focused mindset and professionalism to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and keep everyone aligned throughout the parts fulfillment process.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying accurate, organized, and responsive—whether you’re on email, phone, or collaborating cross‑functionally.
  • Solid math skills that help you work with percentages, ratios, and fractions—and prepare accurate quotes that meet department and company requirements.
  • Sharp problem‑solving abilities: you can gather data, analyze details, understand technical instructions, and work with experts to resolve issues.
  • Confidence working with teammates who have deep technical expertise—and the ability to make independent decisions while keeping managers informed.
