Join our team as a Fabricator II and take on a hands-on role where your precision and craftsmanship bring complex projects to life. In this position, you’ll produce high-quality parts and finished products while working on a variety of moderately complex builds—whether free-hand or using custom fixtures and jigs. What You Get to Do:

  • Plan and execute fabrication steps by interpreting prints and applying strong math, metalworking, and welding knowledge
  • Fit, align, and weld components using MIG (TIG a plus), jigs, and a variety of hand tools
  • Operate key shop equipment, including welders, plasma cutters, oxy/acetylene torches, press brakes, burn tables, and more
  • Verify accuracy and quality of finished work using standard measuring tools
  • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes for material handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment
  • Bring a self‑directed, disciplined approach with minimal supervision
  • Mentor and support development of Metal Fabricator I team members
  • Perform additional qualified tasks as needed to support production
  • Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Technical training or equivalent experience, including 4+ years of hands‑on metal fabrication or machine‑building
  • Ability to read and interpret safety documents, technical instructions, and fabrication drawings
  • Strong math skills for accurate measurements, calculations, and fabrication planning
  • Solid problem‑solving ability and comfort working with varying instructions and project requirements
  • Strong understanding of fabrication and welding principles with high attention to detail and quality
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player who can accept and apply feedback
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to a safe work environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift Operator Permit
