What You Get to Do:

What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Enjoy variety? Expect up to 50–60% travel to customer sites (typically 1–2 nights away).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 5+ years driving sales of automation systems, turnkey solutions, or capital equipment in manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of proven success promoting technical solutions that solve real customer challenges.
- 5+ years’ experience managing multi-state territories and growing new or existing markets.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience leveraging tools like Salesforce or equivalent to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and drive data-driven sales strategies.
