What You Get to Do:

  • Drive sales of robotic palletizers, case packing systems, AMRs, and turnkey automation solutions to mid- and large-sized consumer goods manufacturers.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
  • Build relationships with engineering, operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders to position Acieta as a trusted automation partner.
  • Conduct consultative selling by analyzing production workflows and recommending solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to develop accurate proposals, ROI analyses, and system concepts.
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility in CRM (Salesforce) and provide timely updates to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
  • Share expertise and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably related to the scope of the position and necessary for business operations.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time throughout USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of success in selling automation, industrial machinery, or capital equipment within manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts for 5+ years.
  • Hands-on experience identifying process improvement opportunities on live production lines for 5+ years.
  • Strong ability to present complex automation solutions, explain technical concepts clearly, and influence decision-makers.
  • 2+ years of proficiency using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
