Join our team as a Business Development Manager, Parts & Service, where you’ll take the lead in driving and scaling a high-impact aftermarket business. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end growth strategy—building a robust pipeline, enforcing smart pricing discipline, and converting customer demand into consistent, high-margin recurring revenue. What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial robotics, automation, or aftermarket parts & service environments (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of robotics systems, PLC controls, drives, motors, sensors, safety systems, and electrical/mechanical spare parts
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and consistently converting opportunities into closed business
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and deliver predictable monthly performance
  • Solid financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and contribution analysis
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and managing cost changes to protect profitability
  • Skilled in using data and metrics to drive decisions, improve conversion rates, and optimize performance
  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through impact
